Meet Steven B. Meyer ... Horticulturist at the Lincoln Park Conservatory ... He is dedicated to always finding better ways to display plants at the conservatory ... There is year round bloom of flowers and he and his team of dedicated workers are responsible for this beautiful greenhouse.

Hoya Multiflora / Shooting Stars

Hoya is a genus of 200-230 species of tropical climbing plants in the family Apocynaceas [Dogbane], native to Southeast Asia [india, china, Australia] ... Common name is waxplant or Hoya.

The dogbane family is closely related and similar to the milkweed family ... both have a characteristic milky sap.
